GAME:PAD & VR:CONTROLLER

How do I set up my Bluetooth Controller?

1. Turn on your controller by pressing down the power button. Short press of the power button will initiate reconnect mode and long press will initiate pairing mode.

2. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and that the controller is visible in your device's Bluetooth menu. If you cannot, please try toggling Bluetooth on and off until the device is visible.

What's the difference between reconnect mode and pairing mode?

Reconnect mode: Slow pulsating LEDs, initiated by pressing the power button. This mode is meant to reconnect the BT controller to a device that it was previously paired to.

Pairing mode: Fast pulsating LEDs, initiated by a long press of the power button. This mode is meant to pair the BT controller to a new device.

Troubleshooting

1. Before troubleshooting, make sure your device is fully charged! Having low battery may result in following difficulties:

  • Pairing the controller to your device.
  • Reconnecting the controller to your device.
  • Experiencing unexpected connection drops while using the device.
  • Experiencing gameplay issues while using the controller in a game.

2. To charge the controller please use the provided USB charging cable.

Attach one end to the controller and the other end to an available USB port on your computer or to a USB power adapter. When your device is charging, you will see flashing LED lights. Once the controller is fully charged, the LED lights will stop flashing.

2. My controller cannot be connected to my device.

Please make sure that your controller is in pairing mode (fast pulsating LEDs). If you have paired the controller previously to a different BT device, make sure that you have un-paired it before trying to connect to a new one.

4. My controller is connected and charged, but doesn't seem to be working.

Make sure that the BT device you are trying to connect the controller to is turned on. Un-pair the controller from your BT device and start the connecting procedure from start.

5. Unpairing

Your mobile device (Android, iOS or others), PC or Mac will allow you to pair BT controllers. Once a BT controller is paired, it will be saved in the paired BT devices list so the reconnection during future usage is simplified and possibly automatic. To stop your controller to automatically connect to such BT device, you have to unpair it. Choose the un-pair option when you see the paired controller in your devices list in Bluetooth menu. Once unpaired, the controller will disappear from the paired devices list.
